Depending on how you interact with Revival FM, we may process the following categories of personal data:

- Music submission materials and related metadata sent to artists@revivalfm.com
- Donation-related information processed through Donorbox, such as name, email address, donation amount, and transaction-related details

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless we are legally required to keep it for longer.

- Listener emails and ordinary correspondence: as long as reasonably necessary to handle the contact and any follow-up
- Artist submissions: as long as reasonably necessary for review, communication, and potential follow-up
- Donation-related records: as long as required for financial administration, accountability, and legal retention obligations
- Server log data: retained for a limited period for security and technical purposes
- Cookie-related data: according to the retention periods of the relevant cookie or tool
7. Are personal data transferred outside the EEA?
Revival FM uses service providers such as Strato, Microsoft 365, and Donorbox. Strato states that data is stored in the EU within its own datacenters. Microsoft states that cross-border transfers may still occur in certain situations and relies on GDPR transfer safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Donorbox also operates as an international platform and may process data under its own privacy and transfer arrangements.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, Revival FM aims to ensure that appropriate safeguards are used, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.
8. What rights do you have?
Under the GDPR / AVG, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Restrict certain processing
- Object to certain processing
- Receive your personal data in a portable format, where applicable
