Short version
Revival FM aims to keep the website technically simple. We use only what is necessary for the site to function properly, and if non-essential cookies are used now or later, they should only be placed where legally allowed and, where required, after valid consent.

Revival FM operates under Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries, established in Ulft, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 18084212.
If cookies or similar technologies are placed through this website, Stichting LoveUnlimited Ministries is responsible for their use insofar as they are used for the Revival FM website itself.

At this time, Revival FM aims to keep the site basic and technically clean. If only strictly necessary cookies are used, then no cookie consent is required for those specific cookies. If non-essential cookies are introduced later, the cookie setup and banner should be updated accordingly.

Under Dutch cookie rules and the GDPR / AVG, strictly necessary functional cookies can generally be placed without prior consent. Tracking cookies and many other non-essential cookies require valid consent before they are placed.
If Revival FM uses analytics in a privacy-friendly and limited way, those may in some cases fall under a lighter regime. If analytics are more invasive, or if tracking / profiling is involved, consent is required.

Revival FM currently uses a limited number of third-party service providers in its broader setup, including:
- Strato for web hosting and related infrastructure
- Microsoft 365 for email services
- Donorbox for donation processing
These services may use their own technologies, including cookies or similar tools, within their own environments or when users interact directly with their services.
In particular, if a donation flow is embedded, linked, or otherwise connected to Donorbox, cookies or similar technologies from Donorbox or related payment infrastructure may be involved. The use of those tools may also be subject to Donorbox’s own privacy and cookie policies.
7. Changes to this Cookie Policy
Revival FM may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if the website setup changes, new services are added, or legal requirements change.
